CONFIDENTIALITY

Personal information collected by rivieremusquaro.com is handled in compliance with applicable laws. These principles guide our use of data in the collection, use, disclosure with or without consent, retention and destruction of personal information, while implementing security measures appropriate to the nature and amount of information collected.  In the case of sales inquiries, Telephone numbers and email addresses may be shared with our authorized dealer network.

No personally identifiable information will be collected at any time, except when you submit a request for information or an online registration or application form, an e-mail message, or when you call or e-mail us.

We will keep all company records and documentation, including related electronic records, confidential and secure. Company files will be strictly, and only, accessible to authorized employees involved in the various company departments.

Please note that employees must comply with our code of ethics and confidentiality policy. They are also prohibited from using personal information to promote personal, financial or other interests. Failure to comply with these policies may result in sanctions, up to and including dismissal.

PEOPLE UNDER 14 YEARS OF AGE

We do not knowingly collect information from children or others under the age of 14.
